Develop, review, improve and implement administrative policies, systems and procedures. Streamline office operations to maximize quality and efficiency while reducing cost. Generally ensure the office operates smoothly and efficiently.



Support company operations by maintaining office systems and supervising staff.

Supervise clerical and administrative personnel by communicating job expectations, directing and appraising performance.

Complete operational requirements by scheduling assignments for employees and following up on work results.

Maintain office staff job results by coaching, counselling and disciplining employees.

Maintain office services by organizing office operations, controlling correspondences, designing filling systems, reviewing and approving office supply requisitions and assigning and monitoring clerical functions.

Maintain office efficiency by planning and implementing office systems, layout and equipment procurement.

Design and implement office policies by establishing standards and procedures and making necessary adjustments.

Maintain office staff by being part of the recruitment and selection, orientation and training processes.

Keep management informed by reviewing and analysing special reports, summarizing information and identifying latest operational trends.

Achieve financial objectives by preparing annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analysing variances and initiating corrective action.

Contribute to team results by accomplishing related results as needed.


Academic and Professional Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field is required.


Relevant Experience
