FRONT DESK EXECUTIVE
Serves as the face of the Company by demonstrating positive behaviours that promotes A.D Pool’s reputation.
Specific Duties and Responsibilities
Warmly welcome and greet business visitors. Also answer basic questions regarding the Company, such as Hours of Operation, as well as provide customers with a brief explanation of the products and services.
Responsible for answering all incoming calls. Screen all calls and routes them to their proper recipient, taking and relaying messages as needed.
Oversees the distribution of incoming and outgoing mail. When mail arrives, the receptionist sorts it, eliminating junk mail and identifying those of the highest priority. He then distributes in line with Company Policy.
Maintain front desk register to record all visit and outgoing and in-coming mails/ letters.
Keep front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary material (pens, forms, paper etc.)
Answer questions and address complaints
Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages
Prepare outgoing mail by drafting correspondence, securing parcels etc.
Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary
Take up other duties as assigned (travel arrangements, schedules etc.)
You are required to handle complaints and give accurate information to make guests and visitors feel comfortable and valued while on our premises.
Qualification and Experience
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Good office management skills.
Articulate, cordial and pleasant personality
Good telephone etiquette
Advance knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
Discrete handling of all personal and confidential matters.
