Marketing and Business Development Executive
The position requires you to ensure the growth of the organization by developing marketing strategies and plans to meet the objectives of the organisation.
Directly Reports to : OPERATIONS MANAGER
SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop growth strategies and plans
Develop the business sales and marketing strategy.
Plan and oversee new marketing initiatives.
Research organizations and individuals to find new opportunities including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, or new ways of reaching existing markets
Increase the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
Find and develop new markets and improving sales.
Provide weekly reports on customers, on competition in the market and sales to Operations Manager.
Carry out sales forecasts and analysis and present your findings to Operations Manager.
Manage and retain relationships with all stakeholders.
Increase clients base
Have an in-depth knowledge of the company’s products and value proposition
Reporting on successes and marketing areas needing improvements
Follow-up after-sales customer and constant communication with them and to respond to complaints.
Following industry trends locally and internationally
promote the company’s products to existing customers and attract new customers.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field.
Experience in sales, marketing or related field.
Strong communication skills and IT fluency.
Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
Excellent organizational skills.
Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
